Crepe with egg and mushrooms. (French)

Tip! Dough for French pancakes prepared as follows: whisk eggs with sugar, salt and baking soda. Add milk, butter and water were thoroughly mixed. Add the sifted flour in small portions and mixed thoroughly. To 1 liter of milk requires 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 tsp salt, 8 eggs, 100 ml of vegetable oil (preferably olive), 600 g of flour, 250 ml of water, 1/3 tsp soda.

INGREDIENTS
165 g of dough
1-2 pieces of chicken eggs.
pepper, 15 g
mushrooms 30g
30 g parmesan
salt to taste
parsley

COOKING PROCESS
1.Bake the pancakes on a dry, hot pan.

2.Share on half crepe omelette (two beaten eggs and fried).

3.Put roasted peppers.

4.Share pre-fried mushrooms.

5.Fold the crepe in four.

6.Sprinkle with fresh herbs and parmesan.

7.French pancakes with eggs and mushrooms ready!
