Creme caramel out of the oven.

Remake of the old recipe. Delicious and easy dessert by a series of lies and creme brulee. Delicate taste of caramel with delicate structure – your guests will appreciate this dessert appreciated !

4 servings
-500 ml of 15-20% cream
-50 + 50 + 50 g of sugar
-2 eggs
-2 egg yolks
-1 hour / liter of vanilla extract

The cream is mixed with 50 g of sugar and brought to near boiling. The following 50 grams of sugar heated to a state golden caramel.
The hot caramel pour the hot cream. WARNING !!! The mixture begins to foam strongly, but quickly calms down. Be careful. Stir until the caramel has dissolved completely.
The remaining 50 g of sugar mixed with vanilla, eggs and yolks. Pour slightly cooled caramel sauce to the eggs, mix gently. Strain the cream if necessary and pour into molds.
Bake in a water bath (in a deep pan with hot water, the amount of water should reach the middle of the molds with cream) at 175 C until tender (about 25-30 minutes). The cream should thicken the edges, middle, and shall tremble, if you move the form.
Before serving, stand the best dessert in the refrigerator at least overnight.
