Cream of pumpkin.

Ingredients:
— Pumpkin (it took me about 1/2 trehkilogrammovoy pumpkin)
— Potatoes 3 pc
— A pair of carrots
— 1-2 onions
— In principle, any other vegetable, which is available (peppers, zucchini, etc.)

How to cook:

Cut the onion and fry in oil. Then a little fried pumpkin, carrots.
Fill some water, add the potatoes and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Spices add any taste, I had a little bit of a mixture of peppers, herbs and curry mixture. One minute before the end of quenching added parsley.
Ground in a chopper / blender or forced through a sieve. Thickish If it turns out you can simply dilute the boiling water)
As a result, tasty and healthy soup.
You can drink with herbs and croutons, and can be supplemented with shredded smoked beef, pork or chicken.
