Cream of broccoli soup with salmon.

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 100g
Leek 25 g
onions 20 g
butter 10g
vegetable oil
Broccoli 20 g ± 10 g for decoration
fish broth 250 g
black pepper 1 g
salt 1 g
salmon 20 g
Cream of salmon 10 g

COOKING PROCESS
1.Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes.
2.Onions cut into cubes.
3.Cut the white part of the leek.
4.Put the potatoes, onions and leeks in a saucepan.
5.Add the vegetable oil.
6.Pour a little water and cook on low heat until tender vegetables.


7.In a pan put the butter, add the vegetable.
8.Put the broccoli. One inflorescence postponed.
9.Lightly fry the broccoli.
10.Pour the broth and cook until done.
11.Separately, boil in salted water for deferred broccoli florets.
12.Salmon with salt and pepper.
13.Fry the salmon in olive oil.


14.Put on a plate.
15.Cooked broccoli punch blender.

17.Vegetables (onions and potatoes) is also pyurirovat blender.
18.In a skillet melt the butter and add the vegetable puree.


19.Add broccoli puree.
20.Stir, add salt and pepper.
21.Add the cream of salmon and mix.


22.Carefully pour the finished soup on a plate.
23.Put the pieces of fish.
24.Decorate broccoli.


25.Drizzle with oil.
