CREAM CHEESE.

Ingredients:

Cheese (any) 150 g
Garlic cloves 1 piece.
20 g green onions
Soft cream cheese (Philadelphia) 150 g
20-22% Cream 40 ml
Red Tomatoes 200 g
Sweet pepper yellow 1 pc.

Cooking method:     
Cheese cut into cubes, peel the garlic.
Put in a blender sliced cheese, garlic, onion, parsley, add the cream cheese and a little cream.
Beat all until smooth.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and pepper long «seed pans», spread cream cheese and serve.
