Cranberry tea strengthens the immune system, has antiseptic and diuretic.

If you pick the cranberry leaves, do it in early spring or late autumn, because in summer the leaves turn black collected.

Ingredients:

Lingonberry cowberry leaves or 100 grams,
Black tea 20 gr,
500 ml of water.

Preparation:

Brew a teaspoon of tea leaves, cranberries 500 ml of boiling water, let it brew and drink to health.

Optionally, you can add honey 🙂
