Crab Stuffed Mushrooms.

Ingredients
21 small to medium button mushrooms1 can white crab meat (6 oz) drained2 green onions diced finely

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 tsp old bay seasoning

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp fresh dill

2 eggs

1 tbsp melted butter

5 tbsp shredded mozzarella for topping after cooking.

1 tbsp smoked paprika as garnish for topping

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 375º.

2.Open and drain one 6 oz. can of white crab meat into a large bowl.
3.Add finely diced green onions, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese and seasonings. Mix well.

4.Add 2 eggs to combine and bind mixture.

5.Stuff up to 21 clean mushrooms with stems removed and discarded. Drizzle the tops of the stuffed mushrooms with 1 tbsp melted butter and bake for 30 minutes at 375º.

6.Once mushrooms are done cooking sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and smoked paprika and return to oven just long enough to melt. Remove from oven to cool and enjoy!
