Cottage cheese with banana muffins

Ingredients:

Cheese, 200 g
Egg 1 pc.
Banana-1pc.
Fiber -2ch.l.
Fructose powder 2 tsp
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cooking method:    
Beat egg with fruit, cottage cheese and add fiber, all thoroughly. Add chopped banana, soda, cinnamon, again mix the mass and leave for 10 min. Then fill the silicone mold, not lubricated and bake 40 minutes in preheated oven at t = 200 g. Muffins are obtained juicy! Serve with yogurt.
