Cottage cheese pie with berries.

Cooking method:

For the dough: 125 g cottage cheese, 65 g sugar, 5 tablespoons of milk, 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 200 grams of flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder.

For the filling: 300 g of a 20% cream, 65 grams of sugar, 2 teaspoons starch, 2 eggs, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 250 grams of any berries.

The split mold 24 cm in diameter lay out the dough, making bumpers, pour the filling and top with berries.

Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.
