Cottage cheese donuts


500 g of cottage cheese
3 raw chicken eggs
300-400 g flour
homemade vanilla sugar
9-12 tablespoons sugar
a small pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
soda to extinguish vinegar
powdered sugar
vegetable oil

Cooking method:   

1. Cottage cheese pound with vanilla sugar. Chicken eggs, mix with salt and sugar. Soda extinguish vinegar and add to the egg mass. Alternately domeshivaem frayed with cottage cheese and vanilla sugar sifted flour. Knead the dough.

2. In a narrow high cauldron pour sufficient amount of vegetable oil and heat on medium heat. It is important not to overheat. Then soaked in water forming small arms kolobochki and send them to brown in hot oil, making sure that they do not stick to the bottom and evenly fried.

3. Ready-made donuts spread on a cloth to remove excess fat, and then passed on to a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
