Cottage cheese casserole.

Casserole turns out very tender, and the consistency of the French creme caramel.

● 3 eggs;
● Bank of condensed milk;
● 500 grams of cottage cheese;
● 2 tbsp. cornstarch (no slides);
● pinch of salt

Beat eggs with a mixer to a lush state, gradually pouring condensed milk. Add cheese, salt and starch, still stir thoroughly. Pour the resulting mass into a greased form and bake in preheated 160 oven until golden brown about 50 – 60 minutes.
This casserole is perfect obtained multivarka mode BAKE 65 min. + 60 min. cooling in a closed off multivarka.
Serve with sour cream and grated strawberries (no sugar added).
