Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin.


● curd 600g
● pumpkin pulp 300 g
● 3 egg pieces.
● sour cream 100g
● 5 tablespoons flour
● 4 tablespoons sugar
● 50g butter
● 50g raisins

1. Whisk the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream and melted butter in a blender.
2. Pumpkin cleaned, cut and grind in a blender. Some leave for decoration.
3. Mix the cottage cheese, flour, raisins and chopped pumpkin.
4. baking dish greased with oil and put the mixture. Top decomposed pieces of pumpkin.
5. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Casserole to cool and serve with sour cream.
