Cottage cheese and honey cream in the apple.

2% cottage cheese 50 gr.
Honey 17 gr.
natural yoghurt 30g.
15 g bran.
big green apple 2 pcs.
cinnamon to taste
peel and lemon juice to taste

• Form a cup of apple, cut the top and cut out the core.
• Put an apple in a refractory form, pour half of the water and bake in the oven until cooked.
• Meanwhile, mix in a blender the remaining apple, cottage cheese, yogurt, bran, cinnamon, honey, zest and lemon juice.
• Put the mass in ready-baked apple sprinkled with cinnamon and garnish with mint. All ingredients can be used in various proportions to taste
