Cottage cheese and apple casserole.

● Cottage cheese 250g
● sour cream
● 200g
● sugar 4 tbsp
● 2 eggs
● vanillin
● salt
● 3 tbsp flour
● 2 small apples
● 2 tbsp oil draining.

In a bowl, rub the eggs with a fork, sugar and cheese, add sour cream, flour, salt, vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Apples clean, cut slices.
