Fry the slices of bacon until crisp in a small saucepan (remove cracklings). To add the melted fat onions, carrots, potatoes and celery and fry a little bit (6-7 minutes), stirring constantly. Mix the cream and flour and add to potato mixture. Stir fried clams with bacon, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and shift into the pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat, stirring until thickened small.

175g chilled butter
6 tablespoons ice water
For filling:

1 to 1.5 kg of apples (sour)

50 g of brown (cane) sugar
2 – 3 tablespoons flour
juice and zest of one lemon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of cinnamon

Mix in a bowl the flour with sugar and salt, add the butter in small pieces, grind flour. Gradually add the ice water into the dough, kneading homogeneous smooth dough. The dough is rolled into a ball, wrap with cling film and put in the fridge.

Clean the apples, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. Sugar, brown sugar, flour, lemon zest, nutmeg, cinnamon mix with apples.

Divide dough into two parts. Half roll out into a circle and put it into a round shape with borders. Apples are put in the middle. The remaining half of the dough roll and cut into strips the width of 1, 5 – 2 cm and put the stuffing on the grid, pressing the edges well. Bake in a well preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and bake for about an hour, until the surface browns. Ready cake can be lubricated with milk and sugar.
