Salad with asparagus and mushrooms

400 g asparagus
250g cherry tomatoes
300 grams of mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
a little green onion and parsley
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
little vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Shrimp with Asparagus

3 g of chopped garlic
1/2 tsp lemon juice
50 g butter
300 g asparagus
some parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:
Finely chop the parsley. Mix it with lemon juice. Add the garlic and butter. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. From this mixture to make a “ball”, put it in a plastic bag and send it in the freezer for a few minutes. Clean the shrimp. In a double boiler load asparagus, shrimp and then the top grate “ball” (butter with herbs). Cook in a double boiler 8 minutes. Our dish is ready! All wonderful meal!

Cream soup

300 g asparagus
80 g butter
little leek
250 g cream
salt and pepper to taste
a little green onion
paprika to taste

Cooking method:
Finely chop the leeks. Cut the asparagus from the top (about 5 cm), cut into small pieces and put in a saucepan with a little water. Cook for 40 minutes. Cool and strain. The rest of the asparagus cut into slices. In another saucepan, melt the butter, add the leeks. Fry gently until soft 15 minutes. Then add to the onion-poreyu cut the middle part of the asparagus and asparagus broth. Cook for 25 minutes. A little cool, make the soup with a blender. Add the cream, salt, pepper and stir. Next, add the asparagus tops, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Serve soup sprinkled with spring onions and paprika. A great meal!

500g puff pastry
400 g of cheese
700 g asparagus
1 tablespoon flour
