Cookies with raspberry jam.



Butter – 150 g
Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
The yolk – 1 pc.
Vanilla – 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour – 220 g
Jam made of raspberry – 5 tbsp

1. Beat softened butter with the sugar, add the egg yolk and vanilla. Small portions add flour. Knead the dough.

2. Divide the dough into 2 parts (greater and smaller). Roll into a round flat cakes.

3. From each cake mold small heart cut out, leaving at the bottom of a thin layer of dough. Recesses-fill hearts with raspberry jam.

4. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven t 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
