Cookies with chocolate and nuts

Cookies with chocolate and nuts.

Ingredients:

— 270 grams of flour
— 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
— 14 tablespoons butter (1.5 packs)
— 1/2 cup granulated sugar
— 3/4 cup brown sugar
— 1 teaspoon salt
— 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
— 1 large egg
— 1 large egg yolk
— 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet (or bitter) crushed chocolate or chocolate chips / drops
— 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Cooking method:

1) Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
2) Zastelite baking tray with baking paper and brush with butter
3) Mix the flour and baking soda — to put aside
4) Melt 10 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, bring to a golden brown over medium heat, remove from heat, add the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted yet


5) Add in the butter sugar, salt, vanilla extract and whisk or electric mixer
6) Add the egg and egg yolk and quickly stir until smooth and sugar is dissolved


7) Let stand the mixture for 3 minutes, then whisk 1 minute and so repeat the process 2 more times
8) Slowly add the flour and baking soda, mix thoroughly, add chocolate chips / droplets or broken pieces of chocolate — to mix shovel
9) Nuts potoloch and add to the dough — mix thoroughly


10) Divide the dough into 16 pieces, each of which is equal to 3 tablespoons of dough
11) Form biscuits and arrange them in the form of spaced apart from each other
12) Bake cookies until golden brown 10 to 14 minutes
13) completely cool before serving.
