COOKIES “star” with cinnamon and white chocolate.

Very tasty, crisp, tender pastry with cinnamon perfectly with white chocolate! Very tasty!


-180 gr. butter, cold
-90 c. caster sugar
-230 gr. wheat flour
-a pinch of salt
-1 tablespoon cinnamon
-40 c. cornstarch
-100 gr. white chocolate

Cooking method:    
All the ingredients to put a bowl, chop with a knife quickly, knead the dough and gather into a ball. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minut.Posle cooling roll the dough thickness of about 4 mm, sprinkle lightly with flour. Cut the star. Lay on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake at 180 C for 12-15 minutes. Cool and coat with melted chocolate.
