Preparation time: 30 minutes + cooling
Servings: 20-25 pcs.

You will need:

— 1 egg,
— 100 g of butter at room temperature,
— 100 g of chocolate,
— 120 g of brown sugar
— 120 g flour
— 3 tbsp cocoa powder
— 2 teaspoon of instant coffee,
— 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
— a pinch of salt,
— powdered sugar.

How to cook:

1. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, add the egg and beat well with a mixer.

2. Melt chocolate and cool to room temperature. Add oil mixture.

3. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients are added to the chocolate mass dough.

4. Put in the bag and in the freezer for 1 hour.

5. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
