Cookies “Red Velvet”

Flour – 1/4 cup
Dark cocoa powder without sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder – 1/2 hr. Liter.
Salt – 1/2 hr. Liter.
Butter – 3/4 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Big Egg – 1 pc.
Large egg white – 1 piece.
Vanilla extract – 1 hour. L.
Vinegar or lemon juice – 1 ch. L.
Liquid food coloring – 1 hour. L.
For the frosting and decorations:
Cream Cheese – 120 g
Butter – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 3/4 ch. L.
Powdered sugar – 1/2 hr. Liter.
Coloured sugar for decoration

1. In a mixing bowl beat flour, cocoa powder, corn starch, baking powder and salt and set aside.
2. Separately, beat the softened butter and sugar in a lush light cream. Add the egg, egg white, vanilla, lemon juice and food coloring. Add dry ingredients, beat at low speed. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Form dough balls. Put them on a greased baking sheet at a distance of about 2 cm from each other. Cook for about 10 minutes. Put on the grill and cool.
4. Prepare the glaze. Beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Beat.
5. Cover the finished cookies with glaze and sprinkle with optional colored sugar.
