flour – 1 cup
butter – 150 g

50 g apricot jam

50 g strawberry jam

1. Almonds dipped in boiling water for 3 min., Then discard in a colander, allow to cool slightly. Clean the core from the upper skin. With the blender grind almond powder.

2. Separate the white from the yolk. Oil pre-cooled. Mix the flour with almond crumbs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.

3. Add sliced ​​small pieces of butter and egg yolk. Knead the dough. Wrap dough in foil and placed in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

4. On floured surface roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.3 cm. The special molds hearts cut out of the dough. From the resulting half hearts carefully cut out the middle, leaving the edges of 0.5 cm wide. One side of greased slightly beaten egg whites.
