Cookies «Flowers»

Ingredients:

200 gr. flour (it took me a little more)
150 gr. margarine or butter,
6 tablespoons. l. sour cream
100 gr. Sahara,
a pinch of salt,
1 h. L. disintegrant
vanillin,
2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder (can be replaced with 50 gr. grated chocolate).

Preparation:

Grind the flour with margarine, add sugar, salt, sour cream, flour, vanilla and baking powder. Knead a soft, sticky, elastic dough. Divide it into two parts and one to add cocoa powder. Install both sides individually in the test film and to send in the refrigerator for two hours.

Then, to get the dough, roll out the layer thickness of about 3-4 mm, cut out circles. I cut glass with a diameter of about 6 cm.
For forming a flower you need to take two white and two dark circles.
Fold them overlapping, alternating colors.
