Cookies «Apple Little Shoes»

You will need:

Dough:
200 g butter, softened
120 g of sugar
2 eggs
100ml milk
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 h. L. vanilla essence
limonnaya tsedra
500 g flour

Filling:
1 kg of apples
5 tbsp sugar or taste
cinnamon to taste
2 tbsp butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
30 ml of water

powdered sugar for sprinkling

How to cook:

1. Whip the soft butter with sugar, add eggs, vanilla, zest and milk. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder into the egg and sprinkle in-oil mixture. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Preparation of the filling:
Peel the apples peeled, cored, grate. Add the remaining ingredients for the filling. Put apples on the fire and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook the apples until the liquid has evaporated. Prepare the filling is completely cool.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Working surface sprinkle lightly with flour. Cut a piece of dough, roll it into a circle about 3 mm thick and cut into triangles. Each triangle is slotted as shown in the photo. Put the stuffing and wrap the first one way and then the other.

4. Put the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
