Colorful vegetables potatoes from the oven

For a large plate — enough for 4 servings as a side dish.

Ingredients: 

2 Beetroot balls, fresh
2 carrots
1 large sweet potato
2 Parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
1/2 bunch parsley
Salt pepper
Sesame seeds, black and white
perhaps chili flakes
Spicy drop your choice

Preparation:

Beets with kitchen gloves peel and cut the potatoes like pins. Carrots, sweet potatoes and parsley root color is not so outrageous, and should therefore be prepared without gloves: Peel and chop evenly large free-contacts.

Vegetables on baking sheet covered with baking paper mix well with each other. With oil and seasoning salt and optionally already given at this point several chili flakes with vegetables. The focus of the well with a slight sweetness of beets, sweet potatoes and parsley root.

In the oven at 175 degrees convection bake for about 40 minutes. Season with pepper and serve with fresh parsley and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
