Coleslaw

Ingredients:

– 1/2 white cabbage
– 1 large carrot
– 2 green onions pen
– 1 small red onion

For the filling:
– 1 1/2 tablespoons Sahara
– 1/4 tsp salt
– A pinch of pepper
– 1 tablespoon milk
– 2 tablespoons sour cream
– 2 tablespoons of yogurt
– 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons dried parsley or fresh

Cooking method:

1) Cabbage finely chop
2) Carrot Grate
3) Onions finely cut into half rings or quarters
4) Green onions finely chopped
5) Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl
6) In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt, mustard, milk and yogurt – mix thoroughly whisk, add smetanu- stir, add lemon juice- Stir, sprinkle with parsley
7) Pour the dressing to the salad and mix
8) Put in the fridge for 15 minutes and serve
