Coleslaw

Ingredients:

— 1/2 white cabbage
— 1 large carrot
— 2 green onions pen
— 1 small red onion

For the filling:
— 1 1/2 tablespoons Sahara
— 1/4 tsp salt
— A pinch of pepper
— 1 tablespoon milk
— 2 tablespoons sour cream
— 2 tablespoons of yogurt
— 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
— 1 tbsp lemon juice
— 2 teaspoons dried parsley or fresh

Cooking method:

1) Cabbage finely chop
2) Carrot Grate
3) Onions finely cut into half rings or quarters
4) Green onions finely chopped
5) Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl
6) In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, salt, mustard, milk and yogurt — mix thoroughly whisk, add smetanu- stir, add lemon juice- Stir, sprinkle with parsley
7) Pour the dressing to the salad and mix
8) Put in the fridge for 15 minutes and serve
