INGREDIENTS:
1 tin of chopped pickled beets (450-500 g)
500 ml yogurt
200-400 ml of water (depending on desired thickness)
In a small bundle of green onions, dill and parsley
2 cucumbers
Salt and pepper to taste
2 boiled eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Ogurtsy cut into strips or rub on a coarse grater.
2.Zelen finely chop.
3.Marinovannuyu beets (with marinade) spread in a pan, add the greens, cucumbers and pour all the yogurt.
Depending on the desired thickness add water, salt and pepper. Serve chilled soup with half an egg.
