Cold kefir soup with herbs

Ingredients:

1 liter of yogurt
big bunch of fresh herbs (I dill and parsley)
1 medium cucumber
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp any unrefined oil
a pinch of cumin seeds and coriander
salt, freshly ground pepper
crushed ice optionally

1. Green chop, chop the garlic. Cucumber cut into slices.

2. Pour the yogurt into a blender, add the greens, cucumber and garlic, beat until smooth. If desired, add a handful of ice and blend again.

3. Heat the cumin seeds and coriander on a dry skillet over medium heat, add to the blender. Season the soup with salt and pepper, add the butter and beat everything again.

4. Pour the soup into bowls or glasses and serve.
