Cod – Universal fish. You can just boil a couple of piece and get great pleasure. You can make burgers and meatballs and serve them with a classic cream or tomato sauce. And, you can do something different by adding cod fruit. After all, this fish perfectly friends with fruits and berries. Try it and see for yourself.
Today, prescription cod baked in an envelope with Thai fruits.On perfect for a romantic dinner – an easy, exciting and spicy-sweet as love itself.
To prepare two servings, we need:
• 2 slices of cod fillet (ideally take Leun)
• 1 Thai mango
• 6 litchi fruits,
• 2 limes,
• a pair of sprigs of dill,
• 1 tsp coriander seeds.
Cooking method:
1. Lychee clean from the skin. Remove seeds.
3. On the working surface put two sheets of baking.
4. On each page spread half the mango and litchi. Put the fish on top. Sprinkle pounded in a mortar and coriander seeds, dill and sprinkle the juice of 1/2 lime. We seal the envelope and cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
5.Served at the table directly on the paper, garnished with fresh dill and slices of lime.
