I offer to cook cod (or other fish) Battered by leaps and bounds, with the addition of beer, and turmeric, which gives the batter a bright color. Preparing the fish quickly, so get it juicy as can be seen in the photo, where a piece of cod in the fault.

The fish wash, dry with a paper towel, cut into pieces, add salt and pepper to taste and leave for 20 minutes.

I am preparing batter. In a bowl, connect water, beer, turmeric and salt.

I add the sifted flour mixed with dry yeast, well knead batter.

I cover the bowl with tempura wrap and put them in a warm place to rise for about 30 minutes.

On a side dish I cooked white fragrant rice bags. Bags of rice dipped in salted boiling water and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes. Take out bags of water, give to drain excess water.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. I omit the pieces of cod in batter, then into the well-heated oil. Fried fish with two sides.

Spread the finished fish on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil.

Posted cod in batter with rice and radish. I decorate with parsley.
