Cod fillet in Parmesan.

It is very fast and very tasty! Dry cod dish turns into an amazing elegance! I recommend to cook. Just cook a little more!



Cod (fillet without bones and skin) – 2 pcs
Cheese (Parmesan, grated) – 50-70 g
Egg – 2 pcs
Flour – 4 tbsp. l.
Seasoning (basil, oregano, thyme 2 pinches)
Spices (salt, pepper)
Olive oil (or vegetable)
Fish Wash and pat dry.

Beat eggs with salt, add all the spices and stir. The breading will consist of flour, eggs, spices and parmesan.

In a frying pan heat the olive oil.
Each fillet cut into 3-4 pieces and roll in flour.

Then dip them in the egg mixture with herbs … and roll in Parmesan.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Share on paper towels to left excess fat.
