Coconut-tangerine cookies

You will need:

150 grams of butter (warm)
1 egg
100g caster sugar
200 grams of coconut
200 grams of flour
1 tangerine peel
1 tbsp tangerine juice
3-4 mandarin
sugar
1 egg yolk

How to cook:

1. Beat butter with eggs and sugar, add the flour, coconut, zest and juice, knead the dough, roll into a sausage, put into the refrigerator for an hour.

2. Cut the tangerine very thin — 1-2 mm.

3. The dough is divided into pieces the size of a walnut, each roll into a circle the size of a tangerine slice, spread with egg yolk, put a slice and sprinkle with sugar.

4. The oven 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
