Coconut pancakes

Coconut pancakes.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation:
Cream mix with milk and vinegar. Beat eggs with butter and coconut mixture. Gradually add flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. Mix until smooth without lumps.
Fry small portions of dough on a greased pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
