For the dough:
– 180-200 g flour
– 125 g of cold butter.
– 125 g cream cheese (I used Almette)
– a pinch of salt,
– 1-2 tablespoons ice water.

For filling:
– 400-500 grams of chicken,
– 150-200 grams of mushrooms,
– 1 small onion,
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– salt pepper,
– 50-100 grams of cheese.

For the bechamel sauce:
– 250 ml of milk,
– 50 g of butter,
– 45 g flour
– Salt,
– A pinch of nutmeg,
– 1 egg to wash,
– Sesame.

Cooking method:

To prepare dough: In bowl of a blender, pour the flour, salt, butter and cheese slices. Pulsating motion to turn everything into a crumb. If you need to add 1 tablespoon of ice water. Knead the dough, wrap it in foil and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

For the filling, prepare the bechamel: Melt the butter in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add the flour, stir and without ceasing to interfere pour a thin stream of milk, add salt and nutmeg. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool.

Chicken boil in salted water until tender. Diced onion, mushroom slices. Heat the oil in a skillet, saute onions and mushrooms, add the pieces of chicken meat, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add the grated cheese.

Cool slightly before serving. It turns out very juicy and flavorful cake!
