-pizza dough taste
-tomato paste 100 ml.
-olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
-a handful of fresh basil Does 1 tsp dried taste
-1 clove of garlic pieces.
-mozzarella cheese, chopped 125 grams.
-a handful of grated Parmesan cheese to taste
-some cherry tomatoes cut in half taste
-a handful of basil leaves (to decorate) to taste
-salt and pepper to taste

Proceed to prepare the sauce: mix the tomato paste, olive oil, chopped basil and minced garlic, then add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to stand at room temperature sauce while you’re engaged in a test.
On floured surface, roll out the dough into a 25 cm diameter. The real Italian pizza should be very thin, crispy with fluffy edges that rise in the oven.
Ready to pass on the basis of the pan, sprinkled with flour.
Heat the oven to 430 degrees F. The basis of the grease base sauce, top with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. You can sprinkle the top with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp. Before serving, sprinkle with basil leaves.
