Clams with mashed green peas.

green pea(fresh or frozen) 2 cups
Lemon 1 pc.
lemon juice – to taste
4 tablespoons butter. l.
400 g of shellfish
1/4 cup olive oil
nuts(walnuts or pecans) 1/4 cup
salt and pepper 1 pinch
Parmesan cheese(grated on grater) 1/4 cup

Cooking method:
1.Wash the clams and blot them with paper towel. Put the pan over high heat and let it warm up as much as possible.
2.While the pan heats, prepare the sauce: in a bowl of a blender, place the peas, lemon zest a whole, grated Parmesan cheese on a grater, nuts and a pinch of salt and pepper. Turn blender and, while the components are ground and mixed, pour them olive oil. Continue whisking until a homogeneous mass of puree. Try mashed potatoes and add salt and pepper if necessary. The finished sauce, heat a little.
3.During this time the pan became super hot. Melt it in 2 tablespoons of butter. Fry shellfish in portions to fit into the pan in a single layer, for 2 minutes on each side. Do not move the clams in the process of roasting, and then they formed a delicious crisp. When the shellfish become golden brown, remove them and passed on to the plate.
4.Before serving salt and pepper clams and sprinkle them with lemon juice. Serve with warm sauce.
