Clafoutis with plums.

Plum – 500g
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Milk – 360 ml
Sugar – 60 g
Flour – 60 g
Vanilla extract – 5 ml
Powdered sugar for dusting


1. Prepare the ingredients.
Preheat oven to 160ᵒ S. Wash plums, separate the seeds, wipe with a kitchen towel. Cut the slices and place in a baking dish. 2. The form must be whole, in any case, not detachable.
3. Whisk the eggs and milk. You can use milk instead of heavy cream, but then there will be a lot fatter.
4. Add the sugar, flour and vanilla extract. The amount of sugar depends on your berries berry if not sweet enough, you can add more sugar.
5. Continue whisking whisk until smooth.
6. Pour the mix plums and bake for 1-1.5 hours before until browned until golden brown.
7. Clafoutis with plums ready.
