2. Clafoutis with cherries.

– 85 g of soft butter,
– 85 grams of powdered sugar,
– 85 almond flour,
– 5 g of corn starch,
– 1 egg,
– 2 pinches of cinnamon,
– 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tablespoon of butter,
– cherries.

For the cream:
– 150 ml cream 33-35%
– 1 tbsp icing sugar,
– Pinch cinnamon.

Heat oven to 180-175 degrees. Molds greased with butter.
