Clafoutis CHERRY


Cherry – 3-4 cups
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Sugar – 80 g
flour – 100 g
Milk – 200 g
Salt – a pinch
powdered sugar

How to prepare 

Cherry cleaned of seeds, mix with one tablespoon of sugar.
Beat eggs with remaining sugar, add salt, milk. Continuing to whisk, add flour. Stir until then, until the dough is smooth.
Baking dish grease, put it in cherry, pour batter. Clafoutis Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, sprinkle with the filing of its sugar. Clafoutis with cherry ready.

Note: You can use frozen or canned cherries.
