Cinnamon puff BREAD.


-385 g flour
-50g sugar
-1 package dry yeast fast
-1/2 tsp salt
-2 eggs
-60g butter
-80ml milk
-60ml water
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-200g sugar
-2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp nutmeg
-60g butter

Cooking method: 
Mix together 280g flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Whisk in a bowl, 2 eggs. And in another bowl, combine melted butter and milk.
Add the dry mixture to the milk-oil mixture and knead. Then add 2 beaten eggs and the remaining 105 g of flour. Then re-knead the dough, cover it with foil in a large bowl and put in the heat for about an hour until it has doubled.
Then roll out the dough.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and melt the butter.
Lubricating oil the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
The dough is then cut into squares (preferably in the form in which to prepare the pastries).
We put everything in the shape of the laid parchment paper. Then cover with a towel and give to stand in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Then send in the oven for 30 minutes at 175S.
