Cinnamon buns for breakfast

Ingredients:

Flour — 1.5 cups
Sugar — sand — ½ cup
Baking powder — 1.5 tsp
Salt
Nutmeg — ¼ teaspoon
Egg — 1 pc
Milk — ½ cup
Butter (melted) — 85 g

For the topping:
Butter (melted) — 120 g
Sugar — sand — ½ cup
Cinnamon — 1 tsp

Heat oven to 175 degrees and grease a cake pan with butter. Mix the egg, milk and melted butter (not hot!).

Mix the egg, milk and melted butter (not hot!).

Mix dry ingredients and add to the egg-molokno-oil mixture.

Mix thoroughly.

Pour in dough forms

Bake for about 20 minutes (until golden brown). Cool.

Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Each bun first obmoknite in melted butter.

Then, drag in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
