Christmas duck with oranges.

-Duck 1.5-2 kg.
-Oranges 3 pcs.
-Butter 50 g.
-Dry white wine 100 gr.
-Broth 150 gr.
-Sugar 1 hour. L.
-Liquor 50g.

Duck wash, thoroughly dry cloth.
Large orange peel, flesh cut into pieces and fill with their duck.
Duck sew.
Melt the butter in utyatnitsu and roast duck for 20 minutes on low heat.
Season with salt and pepper. Put into utyatnitsu cut into strips of orange zest and scalded.
Add dry white wine and broth. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours. When the duck is ready, remove it from the utyatnitsu, but keep her warm without letting cool down.
