Christmas cookies with cherry filling

Flour — 2 cups
Baking powder — 1/2 tsp
Nuts (pecans or other) — 3/4 cup
Powdered sugar — 2 tbsp
Salt — 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon — 1/8 tsp
Butter — 1 pack
Sugar — 1/4 cup
Vanilla — 1 tsp
Eggs — 1 pc
Cherry jam — 1/2 cup

1.Fry the nuts or dry frying pan over medium heat in the oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes (but be careful not slept nuts) .In bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

2.In a blender resin nuts with sugar, salt and cinnamon to a fine powder. Pour dry mixture in the processor, add the butter and sugar until the air condition. Add the vanilla and egg. At the end, add the flour mixture, beat until smooth.

3.Turn dough out onto floured plank.

4.Roll the dough ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

5.Heat the oven to 190 gradusov.Raskatayte the dough thinly and cut out as shown in the picture. Bake for about 10 minutes and cool.

6.Take the jam.

7.On one half of biscuits Put the jam and close the half with a coring. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

8.Fold the two halves.
