Christmas cake with nuts and cranberry jelly.

INGREDIENTS

For the cakes:

120 g flour

120 g butter

100 g of powdered sugar

80 g of flour from almonds and hazelnuts

3 pieces of chicken eggs

1 ch.l.suhih yeast

1 pinch of salt

For the cream:

100 g butter

85 g of powdered sugar

60 g of flour from almonds and hazelnuts

130 ml water

2 pcs. egg yolk

1/2 vanilla sticks

For cranberry jelly:

200 g of cranberries

300 ml water

120 g of sugar

1 tbsp gelatin

HOW TO COOK

Cranberry Jelly:

1. Cranberry wash, dry. Then squeeze the juice. Set aside it aside.

2. Gelatin pour water and let swell.

3. Marc cranberry pour the remaining water and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.

4. berry broth add sugar, juice and gelatin swollen.

5. Pour the jelly in the form of cake, previously lined with cling film. Cool and send in the refrigerator for freezing.

Korzh:

1. preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Melt butter and cool.

4. Sift flour and blend it with yeast and salt. Then gradually introduce gently into the egg mass.

7. The form grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Bake the cake for 30 minutes. Then cool it.

Cream:

1. Pour into a saucepan with 130 ml of water, add sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.

2. Remove the vanilla.

3. In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks until creamy, then, still whisking, pour a thin stream of syrup. Beat until completely cooled.

4. Enter into a mass of softened butter.

Assembly:

1. Korzh cut in half.

3. Put cranberry jelly.

4. Over jelly put a little more cream and cover with the second part of the cake.
