Choux dough cake.

For the dough:
• Water – 180 g
• Butter
• salt – 1 pinch
• Flour – 200 g
• Eggs – 6 pieces.

For the cream:
• Egg yolks – 6 pieces.
• Sugar – 100 g
• Cornstarch – 60 g
• Vanilla sugar – 2 packs
• Milk – 400 ml
• Butter – 200 g

Cooking method:
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and butter to boil, add the flour and Mix the dough until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature.
