Chops in puff pastry

Ingredients:

• pork tenderloin
• puff pastry ready
• sesame

• salt pepper

The meat cut into pieces, maybe thinner than discourage, salt and pepper.
Ready to roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular layer and cut into squares.

In the center of the dough square put a piece of meat and wrap chipped in a little envelope.

Baking was covered with foil or parchment lightly grease with butter.
Envelopes with meat spread on a baking sheet seam down.

If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds each envelope.
We put in a preheated 180-200 gr. With the oven and bake for about 40 minutes.

Serve hot.
