Chocolate Shock.


3 eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
300 gr. bitter chocolate
100 gr. butter
5 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

For decoration:
100 gr. chocolate finely chopped
100 gr. white chocolate finely chopped
100 gr. milk chocolate finely chopped


1.Razogrevaem oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar on high speed until light and thickish mass.
3. On a water bath mix dark chocolate with butter, add to the sugar-egg mixture, to the same – flour, baking powder, salt, and knead well.
4.Dobavlyaem half the chopped chocolate.
5.The parchment distribute biscuits at a greater distance from one another, spread remaining chocolate on top, and bake no more than 15 minutes. Cookies must be cool completely, only then it can be shifted in a closed container and store at room temperature.
