Chocolate pancakes under chocolate sauce.



— 1 cup milk
— 1 egg
— 2 tablespoons butter, melted
— 1 cup flour
— 1/3 cup cocoa powder
— 1/4 cup sugar
— 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
— 1/2 teaspoon salt

— 300 g heavy cream
— 300 g of dark chocolate
— 50 grams sugar


In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter and whisk thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa, baking soda. Add sugar and salt. Gradually sprinkle in the dry mix in the milk-egg-oily. Stir until smooth, not to leave lumps.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Fry small pancakes with butter on both sides, and place everything on a plate.

Mangled chocolate and place it in a heat-resistant bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour this mixture mangled chocolate and stir until smooth.

Fill hot pancakes prepared sauce and serve.
