Chocolate “Home” without dyes and preservatives.
Ingredients:
Cocoa – 5st.l.
butter – 50g.
Sugar – 6-8st.l.
flour – 1ch.l.
milk – 5st.l.
vanilla sugar – 1 / 4ch.l.
ground nuts or other nuts to taste and desired
Preparation:
1. Mix the cocoa and sugar. Add 1st.l. milk and stir until smooth. Pour the remaining milk. Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. After the cocoa boil, add the butter, reduce heat to low, and bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and enter through a fine sieve the flour. When the flour is completely dissolved, bring to a boil again.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Put the vanilla sugar and mix well.
5. Pour the chocolate tins of ice, after brushing them with butter. 6. At the request of the chocolate can add any chopped nuts.
