Chocolate fondant (cakes with liquid filling).


150 g chocolate 70-90% cocoa
50 g butter
2 eggs
50g sugar
30-40 g flour


Chocolate break into small pieces.
To add butter chocolate.
Chocolate and butter to put in a water bath.
Heat to dissolve.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add the chocolate and butter, mix well.
Add flour and mix gently (the dough should not be too thick, it should be hard to fall down with a spoon).
Molds (I used molds height of 7 cm and 8 cm wide) grease.
Sprinkle with cocoa or flour.
Put the dough, filling the molds 2/3.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the oven, I bake in an electric oven for 7 minutes).
Ready-made cakes cool slightly, then carefully invert on a plate.
